Welcome Welcome to the ELA Employment Law Alliance Contract. This contract sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement between the parties for the provision of legal services related to employment law. Please read the following contract carefully before proceeding.

Parties Scope Services Term
This Agreement is made between the ELA Employment Law Alliance (“ELA”) and the Client. ELA will provide legal advice and representation to the Client on matters related to employment law, including but not limited to, contracts, discrimination, termination, and workplace policies. This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until the completion of the services as outlined in the Scope of Services.

1. Interpretation

In Agreement, unless context otherwise requires:

  • “ELA” means Employment Law Alliance, network employment law firms attorneys.
  • “Client” means party entering into Agreement with ELA provision legal services.
  • “Services” means legal advice representation provided ELA Client as outlined Scope Services.

2. Object Agreement
